    • painless vision loss
  • Physical exam
    • swelling of the optic disc
    • venous dilation
    • widespread retinal hemorrhage
    • cotton wool exudates
Treatment
  •  No definitive treatment
Prognosis, Prevention, and Complications
  •  May resolve spontaneously or progress to permanent vision loss
