Overview
  • IntroductionINO
    • caused by lesion in the MLF
    • leads to lack of communication between CN VI and CN III
    • commonly seen in multiple sclerosis
  • Presentation
    • medial rectus palsy on lateral gaze
      • inability to adduct the ipsilateral eye past midline on lateral gaze
    • nystagmus on the abducting eye
    • normal convergence in the majority of cases
